The hotel's location near the railway station and close to the subway makes it convenient for travelers to explore the city. the hotel offers cozy and clean rooms, providing a comfortable stay. the daily maid service ensures that the rooms are well-maintained during the stay.

I have booked a family suite room, the description tells two bedrooms and one living room. The staff give me a single room with four bed inside. After I complained they changed with a bigger room with two double bed separated by a sliding panel! No living room at all, probably they do not have. They should change the room description with something more close to the real room set up. Overall the hotel is in good position but looks old, dirty, stinky, needs make up and no services at all.

We loved amersino hotel shanghai. No reason to complain, the venue met the criteria. Taste the food in Dairy Queen, you only need to walk 500 metres to reach it.

The price for this hotel was reasonable during the New Year. The bed was comfortable and the hot water for the shower was great. The hotel was located near a bus and subway station, which made transportation easy.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor. The floors and towels looked dirty.

Hotel is near metro stations and near Shanghai Railway station. Neighborhood and window view is probably not for the faint of heart. But it was interesting to learn about the other side of Shanghai. Not just modern and historic parts of the city aimed at tourists.
There was no Wi-Fi although it was mentioned on the page. And it was pretty challenging to find it in the city.

Clean and spacious rooms (single room was clean but not so spacious, but double room was big enough), nice bathrooms, near to local street food bars.
Single room was very small, no internet in single room. Next to the hotel there is local market which starts before 6 am, so in the morning it was very very very noisy, far away from subway, it was difficult to find it. Staff could not speak English at all

This hotel is great value for money! The prices are very reasonable and definitely worth it for what you get. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms are in good condition, just as they are shown in the photos. Plus, the location near two metro stations makes it easy to get around the city.
Everything was okay during my stay.

I liked the large flat screen tv and the street grills nearby at nights. A good location if you want to mingle with the locals.
The air conditioning unit's remote acted up a bit and wouldn't let us change the settings. We got it working in the end so it's ok. A few cockroaches were to be seen, nothing to worry about though.

Friendly, helpful staffs. They helped my wife searching on internet shopping.Clean room, 5-10 mins walk to Shanghai Railway Station, groceries shops and laundry service around (Hotel has no laundry service), value for money.
Even though the hotel itself is ok, it is located in a dense area with old, rooted buildings around.

Great shower!
This is a hotel for local Chinese, not overseas travellers. The staff speak little or no English and are not interested in overseas guests. The area is unfriendly and does not offer a good range of places for eating. We were stared at with animosity. This was not our experience in any other city in China we visited. We are a family with two children aged 10 and 11. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone other than Chinese people visiting Shanghai.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Shanghai. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the staff providing clean towels and bottled water every day. The hotel facilities were great, including the convenient elevator for older travelers. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the North Zhongsan Road station and close to the railway station. The hotel was also near the subway, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing free wifi and even letting me keep my luggage on the check-out day. this hotel offered great value for money.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the nearest metro station and close to many restaurants and shops. the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and had all the basic necessities, including a good air conditioning system.
The neighborhood where the hotel was located didn't feel very safe, especially at night. There were also a few issues with the hotel amenities, such as the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms and the unavailability of hairdryers upon request.
